Our first stop will be in the Great Rift Valley, with an intention to connect with the energies of the first chakra—also known as the root chakra.  This chakra is attuned to the collective truth that we all spring from one source.  “All is one.”  

Wandering the sand with sea foam dancing up to tease my feet, I followed my shadow and danced too.  The dog, who is either my sidekick or I am hers, crisscrossed my path until finally, we both turned around and followed the sun back home.
